Yevgeniy Ivanovich Chazov (Russian: Евгений Иванович Чазов; 10 June 1929 – 12 November 2021) was a Russian physician and politician. He was the Chief of the Fourth Directorate of the Ministry of Health of the USSR between 1987 until 1990.

Chazov died on 12 November 2021 in Moscow, Russia at the age of 92.[3]
