Yisrael Kessar (Hebrew: ישראל קיסר‎, 20 May 1931 – 8 September 2019) was a Yemeni-born Israeli politician. He was a Knesset member for the Alignment and Labor Party between 1984 and 1996. He was Minister of Transport and Road Safety from 1992 through 1996.

Kessar was born in Sanaʽa, Yemen. He died on 8 September 2019 in Haifa from pneumonia at the age of 88.[1]
