The Young Plan was a pact that was finalized in 1929, that mainly aimed to lighten the reparation burden on Germany. But it also made the removal of Belgian, British and French troops from the Rhineland (this was a demilitarized zone of Germany as agreed upon in the Treaty of Versailles). The key negotiator in this on the German side was Gustav Stresemann, he was just done with this before he died.
