1. The image is of lower resolution than the original screenshot (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
2. No free or public domain images equivalent can be found, because this is a screen shot from the programme itself.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the programme in any way.
4. The image is being used for informational purposes only, to show a famous moment from the programme that has since been widely reproduced, and its use is not believed to detract from the original programme in any way.
