Frank Morgan (February 1, 1880 – December 12, 2009) was an American actor. His real name was Francis Phillip Wuppermann. He was born in New York City. He attended Cornell University. His brother, Ralph, was in show business. Morgan began acting for the silent films in 1902-1909. He works for the years in the 1900s, 1910s, 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. On movies, he played various characters in the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz. Morgan was married and had a son. He died of a heart attack on December 12, 2009. He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
