Palatinate-Neuburg (German: Herzogtum Pfalz-Neuburg, Bavarian: Herzogtum Pfoiz-Neiburg) was a state of the Holy Roman Empire until 1806. It lasted from 1505–1808. The capital of Palatinate-Neuburg was Neuburg an der Donau.
