Ursula M. Burns (born 20 September 1958) is an American businesswoman. She was the CEO of Xerox from 2009[1] to 2017. Burns was the first African American woman to be CEO of the company. She was listed as the 14th most powerful woman in the world in 2009 by Forbes .[2] Burns is from Manhattan, New York.
