Euskara: Bermeoko (Bizkaia) udal armarria: Urre kolorezko oinarrian bale bat, lau arraunlari atzetik dituelarik eta brankan arpoia botatzear dagoen arpoilari bat, urdin eta zuri koloreko uhinen gainean. Goian bi otso eta bien artean bizardun giza buru bat. Ertzean bordura gorria ondoko goiburuarekin: “Stemma proderi in primis Bermei”, sable itxurazko letrekin idatzia.
Español: Escudo municipal de Bermeo (Vizcaya): En campo de oro una ballena de sable a la diestra, con cuatro remeros bogándola y en proa un arponero en actitud de lanzar el arpón a una batalla de sable, puesta sobre ondas de azur y plata. En jefe, dos lobos de sable pasantes a la diestra y en faja, superados de una cabeza humana barbada. Bordura de gules con leyenda: “Stemma proderi in primis Bermei”, puesta en letras de sable.[1]
