Español: Escudo del municipio de Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, México.

El escudo comienza con el nombre del Municipio. Tiene un águila dorada, símbolo de la identidad, volteando a la izquierda al igual que en el Escudo Nacional; tiene cinco plumas en su cuello, haciendo alusión a los cinco municipios del estado, las plumas se diseñaron en estilo precolombino, una por cada municipio del Estado, siendo el municipio de Playas de Rosarito la pluma central. Tiene las alas extendidas. El cuerpo del águila encierra las riquezas naturales del Municipio: el mar, el sol y los cerros de la Mesa y el Coronel. Los laureles son símbolo de la victoria de haberse constituido como el Quinto Municipio de Baja California, se colocan a ambos lados; ya que 1995 fue el año en que se consolidó su municipalización, se representa en un listón rojo, amarrando la base del cuerpo del águila.

Al final, en la base, se encuentra el lema del Municipio: Horizonte de Posibilidades.
