Español: Escudo de Santa Juana, Chile: Escudo Medio Partido y cortado: Bordura jaqueleada de gules (rojo) y oro. En el primer partido, cinco flores de lis de azur (azul), puestas en sotuor, que, conjuntamente con la bordura, representan los blasones familiares del capitán General y gobernador del reino de chile, entre los años 1625 y 1629, Don Luiz Fernández de Córdoba, fundador del fuerte de Santa Juana. En el segundo partido, ondas de azul y plata, que representan la laguna rayenantu y el rió Bio-Bio, elementos naturales que circundan el fuerte.- en punta, sobre el campo de gules, que representan la sangre española y araucana, derramada en los asedios y defensa de Santa Juana, el fuerte Santa Juana de Guadalcazar, de plata, timbrado con una corona mural de ocho torres, de oro, de las cuales cuatro van a la vista, macerardas de sable, que, en heráldica, corresponde a las ciudades que se formaron en torno a la fortaleza.
