„In Silber ein doppelköpfiger schwarzer Adler, belegt mit einem gespaltenen Brustschild; darin vorn in Gold drei liegende schwarze Hirschstangen pfahlweise, hinten fünfmal von Rot und Silber schräggeteilt.“
Der Kreistag des Alb-Donau-Kreises hat die Annahme des vorstehend beschriebenen Wappens beschlossen, die das Innenministerium Baden-Württemberg am 5. November 1975 genehmigte.
