Lyutvi Ahmed Mestan (Bulgarian: Лютви Ахмед Местан), or shortly Lyutvi Mestan (born 24 December 1960), is a Bulgaria politician of Turkish-Bulgarian origin. He is the 2nd and current chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms.[1] He has been the Member of Parliament for Kardzhali.
