MIMAROPA, also known as Southern Tagalog Islands,[1] is a region of the Philippines.[2] The provinces of the region are Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan.[3]

The MIMAROPA region was created by Executive Order No. 103 in 2002.[3]
