2008 Summer Paralympics

The 2008 Summer Paralympics took place in Beijing, China.^[1] 3,951 athletes from 146 countries were at the Games. People with these types of disabilities competed at the games: spinal injury, amputee, blindness, cerebral palsy, and Les Autres.^[2]
