Braine-le-Comte

Braine-le-Comte is a municipality in the Belgian province of Hainaut. Maxime Daye is a mayor.

It is at 50° 36 North, 04° 08 East.[2]

The municipality has an area of 84.68 square kilometres.

There are 5 sub-municipalities of Braine-le-Comte: Hennuyères, Henripont, Petit-Rœulx-lez-Braine, Ronquières, and Steenkerque (Steenkerke).

In 1830, the post-office was opened there.
