Jaamat ul-Mujahideen (Assembly of Mujahideen) is a islamist militant group from Bangladesh. The group is designated a terror group by Malaysia, India, Bangladesh, the United Kingdom, and Australia.[3][4][5] The group was founded in April 1998 by Abdur Rahman and gained attention when documents about the group was leaked in 2001.[6][7][8] The group was designated a terrorist group by Bangladesh in Febuary 2005 due to attacks on charities.[9]
