Death[change | change source]

On March 14, 2024, Emmet returned to home that night and had a big fight with his younger brother. After the fight, Emmet told her that if he ever used any drugs or abuse their children, then he would atone by changing his ways and take Patrick and their family with him.[3] Later on March 15, 2024 at almost 7:00 AM, while he slept in his bed, Emmet died at the hands of his younger brother, Patrick Bergin, by a revolver. Patrick, intoxicated and under the influence of cocaine and alcohol, drove to his home where his wife Paula lives with him, and confessed to the murder. Returning to the house, with their daughter asleep inside, Bergin pulled to gun to his head, and ended his life at around 10:30 AM.
