The Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 was passed by the United States Congress on December 16, 2010 and signed into law by President Barack Obama on December 17, 2010.[1] It helped cut taxes and create more jobs for the United States.
