John Edward Porter (June 1, 1935 – June 3, 2022) an American politician. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives for Illinois's 10th congressional district from 1980 until 2001.[1]
Porter died on June 3, 2022 after being hospitalized in North Shore area in Illinois, two days after his 87th birthday.[2]
