Karpel Solutions was founded in 1985 by Jeffery L. Karpel.[1] The company provides IT support and management, as well as software development, among other services.[2]

Some of the software programs developed by the company are being used for criminal case management.[3][4] In 2015, Karpel acquired CIO Services, which is an IT consulting firm for local businesses.[5] Karpel Solutions has been listed multiple times in the Inc. 5000, starting from 2013, and including the year 2023.[6][7][8][9]
