Ruth Kelly
Ruth Maria Kelly (born May 9, 1968) is now an economist working for the HSBC Bank. She was a British politician and had been a Cabinet Minister.
She was the Member of Parliament for the Bolton West constituency in the United Kingdom from the 1997 general election to the 2010 general election
She is a member of the Labour Party.
