On July 11, 2023, Manang Air's Airbus Helicopters H125 was supposed to travel from Surke, Solukhumbu to Kathmandu.[1] The aircraft left Solukhumbu at 10:05 a.m. local time. It lost contact less than 10 minutes later.[2] It was later found crashed in Chihandanda of Lamjura in Likhupike, Solukhumbu, Nepal. The crash was caused by bad weather.[3]
