Iranian Space Agency

The Iranian Space Agency (abbreviated as ISA) is the national space agency of Iran. It was founded in 2004 and it is based in Tehran.

Iran became an orbital-launch-capable country in 2009.[1] Iran had become one of the 24 founding members of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, which was set up in 1958.[1]
