Palm court

A palm court is an atrium (usually large) or courtyard with palm trees.They are often found in grand hotels such as the Langham Hotel, Alexandra Palace, the Carton Hotel and the Ritz Hotel in London.[1] They can also be found in other old, large cities such as New York and on some ships such as the Titanic.[2]
