Plumpy'Nut is a peanut-based paste wrapped in plastic, used to treat severe malnutrition. It's manufactured by Nutriset, a French company.[2][3] The paste removes the need for hospitalization, and the 92-gram (3¼ oz) packages of it can be eaten at home and allows large numbers of people to be treated.
