In this article, I found more references to YOU... eg "your body", "what you eat" etc. but in the article Wikipedia:How_to_write_Simple_English_articles, there is this guideline: Do not write in the second person. Good encyclopedia articles are never addressed to "you". Do not make statements about "you"'. Can someone rephrase?
