I'd be surprised if Phosphorus(III) oxide was neutral. It reacts with water to make Phosphorous acid. Mock wurzel soup (talk) 14:49, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have found this reference [1]. It includes nitric oxide but I can't see how this can be right when it forms nitrous acid. Mock wurzel soup (talk) 17:00, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
