Confusing statement: Self-contradicting[change source]

Lugol's iodine is an alcohol-free version. It is commonly used in experiments in middle school science labs. It is an alcoholic solution of iodine.

I presume that the "USP Tincture of Iodine" will use the same ingredients as the strong version, therefore I think where it states sodium iodide, this should be potassium iodide? 194.83.173.196 (talk) 11:44, 2 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
