Closing RfDs

I think you're supposed to remove the noinclude when you close an RfD. Not being an admin, nobody has taught me the process, but the noinclude is absent on all the closed RfD's I see. As for Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2024/Yogesh Raut (2nd nomination), the result of the discussion is currently not appearing on Wikipedia:Requests for deletion. Requesting flood flag

Protection on talk page

Hi MathXplore, just so you're aware, protection of your user talk page is discouraged as editors often need to talk to admins about admin actions, and these actions can often affect non-confirmed users. They share a class A IP address which is not helpful but they do interact with each other and seem to be using the same equipment and browsers.
