Cesar Neira Perez

Cesar Neira Perez (born December 15, 1979 in Cadalso de Los Vidrios, Madrid) is a cyclist from Spain. He has a disability: He has cerebral palsy and is a C4 type athlete. He competed at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in cycling. He was the number one cyclists to finish in the Road Trial race. He was the number three cyclists to finish in the Individual Pursuit track race. He competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in cycling. [1]
