Description XR222 (cn XO-4) Seen here shortly after being rolled out following a 18 month restoration programme. The aircraft was moved to the £25 million AirSpace Museum hangar. XR222 was the forth production aircraft and was incomplete when the project was cancelled. It was allocated to the Cranfield Institute of Technology prior to be transferred to the Imperial War Museum.
