Description
English: Geographic distribution of Crotalus viridis — Prairie rattlesnake, Western rattlesnake.
  • Endemic to North America, native in Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
  • As defined by Crother et al. (2003). The map includes only the ranges of subspecies viridis and nuntius of traditionally defined Crotalus viridis, without Crotalus oreganus.
