Object history
English: The Rehlinger family from Augsburg owned the village since 1523. Jakob Rehlinger sold sovereignty and cognisance in 1570 to the Hospital of the Holy Spirit in Kaufbeuren. The dove is alluding to the hospital and a representation of the Holy Spirit. The star is taken from the arms of the city of Kaufbeuren, the responsible body of the hospital.
