Object history
Deutsch: Der von Schwarz und Silber geteilte Schild mit dem Windhund ist das Wappen von Eberhard Peringstorfer, der die Kirche gestiftet hat und 1447 gestorben ist. Auf seinem Grabstein in der Kirche von Rückersdorf ist sein Wappen überliefert. Das Schildchen mit dem Schrägbalken ist das Siegelbild von Albertus de Rukersdorf aus dem Jahr 1269. Rückersdorf war bis 1311 Sitz eines Reichsministerialengeschlechts, das sich nach dem Ort nannte und erstmals 1234 erwähnt wird. Die Farben Rot und Silber sind die Farben des Reichsbanners und weisen auf den Reichsdienst dieser Adelsfamilie.
