Summary

This is the ensign of the former Stormont (Northern Ireland) Government used between 1929-1973. The base of the image is based on my pre 1997 Hong Kong red ensign. The blue color is from User:Pumbaa80's blue ensign. This image has compared for accuracy using an image from FOTW.
