English: Katie Hurley speaks as part of a panel discussion on the history of the Alaska Legislature at the Elvey Building on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus. This was part of the series of programs held to commemorate the centennial of the legislature's establishment and was the only program held outside of Juneau.
