Description HK-4374X (cn 49484/1315) August 16 of 2005, this aircraft crashed in the Northwestern side of Venezuela in the "Serrania of Perija", was covering the route Panamá - Martinique Island in a charter flight with 152 passengers and 8 crew members on board, according to the authorities, the pilot reported a problem in an engine at about 3:30am and 7 minutes later, reported a problem with the other. Sadly there was not any survivor. This was the only aircraft that was operating for WCA.
