Deepwater arrowtooth eel

The deepwater arrowtooth eel (Histiobranchus bathybius) is a cutthroat eel of the genus Histiobranchus, found globally. It was named by Albert Günther in 1877. It is a little bigger than all the other species in the genus Histiobranchus.
