Mbuyiseni Ndlozi (born 9 May 1985) is a South African youth leader serving under the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) where is the spokesperson. He is the youngest member of parliament for the party in the South African Parliament.[1][2] He obtained his PhD in Political Science from Wits in 2017.[3][4]
