Michael Ojo

Michael Olalekan Ojo (January 5, 1993 – August 7, 2020) was a Nigerian-American professional basketball player. At 7 ft 1 in (2.16 m) tall and 310 pounds (140 kg), he was one of the tallest and heaviest players ever to play in Serbia and Europe.

After competing in college basketball for Florida State, he played professionally for three seasons with Serbian clubs FMP and Crvena zvezda. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria.

Ojo died of a heart attack while training in Belgrade, Serbia at age of 27.[1]
