A1 is the name of a major road in some countries. It may be:
- A1 road (Great Britain), the official title of the Great North Road in Britain. It runs up the eastern side of the UK from London to Edinburgh in Scotland.
- A1 freeway, Switzerland: a road of motorway or freeway standard in Switzerland.
- First class (aviation): A1 is sometimes used instead of First class.
