Ahmed Ouyahia (born July 2, 1952) is an Algerian politician. He has been Prime Minister of Algeria since June 2008. He was also Prime Minister from 1995 to 1998 and from 2003 to 2006. He was Minister of Justice for a time. He formed and was president of the RND party.
