Body language means the way humans show their feelings (communicate) with their bodies. Body language can be used instead of using speech. Body language can also be used as an addition for verbal language. This means that it could help a person when they are talking, so that other people can understand them better. It is a kind of nonverbal communication.
Body language is something that one has to Learn. Some people find it easier than others. It's something that people with certain Disorders have trouble with, but nearly everyone uses it in their life.
