The 2022 gubernatorial campaign of Brian Dahle was an unsuccessful campaign by the Republican state senator from California for the 2022 California gubernatorial election.
In early 2022, California state senator Brian Dahle officially announced he was a candidate for the 2022 election to unseat incumbent governor Gavin Newsom.
In August 2022, he chose California congresswoman Angela Underwood Jacobs, as his running mate for lieutenant governor. He won the republican nomination and primary.
