Claudia Cagninelli (born 19 July 1990 in Trescore Balneario) is an Italian volleyball player. She played at the 2007 FIVB Girls' Youth World Championship,[1] and 2008 Women's Junior European Volleyball Championship,[2] winning a gold medal.

At the club level, she played for Volley Bergamo[3] and ICOS Crema.[4]
