Colin McFarlane (born September 15, 1961) is a British voice, television, and movie actor. He is known for his role as Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. In television he has appeared in Jonathan's Creek, The Fast Show, and the Black Books. He has starred in animated movies or television programs. He is also known for providing the voice of God in Testament: The Bible in Animation. McFarlane was born in Clapton, London, England on September 15, 1961. He is currently not married.
