Double Gloucester is a is a traditional, semi-hard cheese which has been made in Gloucestershire, England, since the 16th century. There is a Single Gloucester which is more crumbly, lighter in texture and lower in fat, but it is now quite rare. They are both made from milk from Gloucester cattle.[1]
