E. William Henry

Emil William Henry (March 4, 1929 – January 31, 2022) was an American politician and businessman. He was chairman of the Federal Communications Commission from June 2, 1963 to May 1, 1966 during the John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson presidencies. Henry is a member of the Democratic Party.[1] He was born in Memphis, Tennessee.

Henry died on January 31, 2022 in Memphis, almost one month before his 93rd birthday.[2]
