Har Homa

The Har Homa settlement is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, located north of the city of Bethlehem ({{lang-ar|بيت لحم) on Mount Abu Ghneim (Arabic: جبل أبو غنيم). It is also called the Abu Ghneim settlement (Arabic: مستوطنة أبو غنيم) or the Jabal Abu Ghneim settlement (Arabic: مستوطنة جبل أبو غنيم).

In the mid-nineties, Israel began establishing the settlement amid widespread popular Palestinian opposition, Palestinian efforts through the occupation courts, and calls for international intervention. In 2013, its population reached 25,000 people. [1]
