Heather Locklear

Heather Locklear (b. September 25, 1961) is an American actor. She has been in many movies and television series. Her most notable performance was starring as Amanda in Melrose Place. She also played Sammy in Dynasty and Caitlin in the sitcom Spin City. Locklear was born in Los Angeles. She is a registered Republican.[1]
